• How often do you update your addresses?

  Usually a few times per week. We get all the publications that list addresses. We make frequent phone calls to verify the addresses and also do mailings of our own to see if anything comes back. We also encourage our customers to let us know if they see any incorrect addresses. Just write to updates@theactorsoffice.com to inform us of an error.

• My postcards jam when I try to get them to feed through my printer.

  Experiment with different orientations in feeding them through. Different orientations work best for different printers. Also, you can print your postcards directly onto Avery 5168 Shipping Labels, so you don't have to worry about jamming anymore.

• Why are there only 25 contacts? I thought this included almost 675 contacts.

  The demo version contains only 25 contacts. Contact The Actor's Office and you will be given an unlocking code FOR FREE, and the other 650 contacts will be installed automatically.
